I've always been drawn to the homes that don't fit a template: the architecture, the setting, the details that make one property impossible to confuse with another. Every city I traveled to taught me something different about what makes a home distinct. I love investing, rentals, unique homes and content marketing, finding new ways to reach massive audiences.

None of those cities pulled me in like Miami. Buyers here come from New York, São Paulo, London and everywhere in between, often before they've ever set foot inside. There are cranes everywhere. Primary home or second home, everyone wants to be here right now.
That's what excites me about doing this work now. With video, social media and the reach it brings, a great property no longer waits for the right buyer to walk by. It finds them. My job is to take some of the most remarkable homes in the world and put them in front of the people who will love them most.
A few thousand views on Zillow isn't going to cut it. You need to reach millions of eyes globally, with intention, and stand out with unique content and media.

Helping families stop renting and start owning
Before Miami, some of the work I'm proudest of happened in smaller markets. I spent a lot of time digging into homebuyer programs most people never hear about: down payment assistance, grants and low down payment loans that help working families move from renting to owning, often with little or no money down for those who qualify.
